Put your feet to bed – These boots are so great my family keeps asking me when I’m going to take them off. I wear them barefoot as recommended (to keep your feet at a constant body temp). The only problem with them is that the black dye comes off on your legs a little for about the first week, but then stops. I like that they go with everything I wear. Just a little spray leather protection and your set to go. They’ve been totally waterproof when I’ve stepped in puddles. I even went winter horseback riding in them! They can be dressy or casual. My feet feel comfy like I’ve put them to bed!
I have been wearing Sorel Joan Of Arctic for many months now and I wish I could wear them all the time. If you wear them a lot they will get stinky, but I think its not a drawback, as any boot this size will get smell from your feet. I have been a fan of Sorel boots centuries and will keep on wearing them for many more years.

This is my first pair of Frye, I could not understand what all the fuss was about until my sister-in-law had me put my foot in hers. I do not like the look of the Classics, but I loved the feel, so when I found these, I flipped. They are cute, plus have the coziness of the shearling all the way around your foot. My sister-in-law recommended I order down, so I did. I was very nervous at first as Frye Harness 12R Boots seem to be all, but gone everywhere. I am a very true 9 and ordered the 8 leather. At first I could barely get my foot in. The seam around the ankle was very tight. My toe rubbed the front of the boot and I thought there was no way. My husband who has worn leather his whole life told me just to wear them a little while. So I did, barefoot as they recommend. They say the shearling forms around your foot and becomes personalized. They have loosened up so much. I am so happy I listened despite my nervousness. If I had gotten the 9, they would have been way too big. Leather will always, always loosen up and the softer it is, the easier it will loosen.

2. Best boots ever – These are the best boots I’ve ever worn. Very warm and very comfortable and cute! Some reviews said that they ran large, but I ordered a half size larger than normal and they fit great. I do like boots to fit a little big, however. There was also another review that said they were difficult to take off, but I don’t have a problem with that either, they just slip right off (maybe because they’re half a size larger. ) Would highly recommend these boots. 3. Great Boots – These boots are awesome. I have them in black & I am in love. I wanted the mocha color, but they were sold out so I settled for the black. I could not be happier. I wear an 8 ½ so I ordered an 8 & it fits very comfortably. I tried on a size 9 & it was too big. These boots look good with jeans & with skirts.
